I went for a consultation about complete nose removal. Even the hospital reception staff were kind, so I had a good impression. The doctor didn't just give a perfunctory, obligatory consultation; he asked various questions about what had been used in my previous surgery and why I had the surgery, so he even brought up things I hadn't thought of. I was grateful that he treated the consultation entirely from the patient's point of view.
