It was exactly the same as the way he explained things on YouTube. I visited because of nose removal, and the overall consultation was similar to other hospitals, but I felt professionalism and trustworthiness. The director's assistant is probably the kind of person people either really like or really dislike, and for me it felt a bit draining, so it was hard.
