브라운코수술, 재수술Nose SurgeryOverall: 1.2/5

I was born with a very high nose bridge, a slight dorsal hump, and a masculine-looking nose with a rounded tip. First surgery in 2013 - done without any implants. They said they would shave down the hump, narrow the nasal bridge with osteotomy, place Alloderm (donor dermis), and make the tip rounder with ear cartilage. Result - that very high bridge was almost completely taken away, and about 4 years later the Alloderm was fully absorbed, so the bridge between my eyes became a face with literally no nose bridge at all. Even though I naturally had a high nose, once the bridge disappeared completely, my eyes looked farther apart and my overall impression became so flat.. It stressed me out so much that I asked about an AS revision. AS revision in 2018 - I should never have gotten this retouch surgery.. If I could turn back time, I would seriously go back to before my nose surgery, and if that is impossible, I would at least go back to before the 2018 AS revisionㅠㅠ Because the Alloderm had been absorbed, the plan changed from a no-implant surgery to a silicone surgery. But on the day of surgery, after I was lying on the operating table, the director changed his mind. He just said not to worry about side effects and to do it without any implant. I still regret not running out of the operating room at that moment.. Both the first surgery and the AS revision were done by the same director, but the columella incision style was completely different, and because I have thin skin, maybe because the dissection was not done properly, they made my bridge really thin and narrow.. into a long nose, and everything showed through, turning it into a total chalk nose, and it was even crooked.. The right side was completely gone.. I want to upload photos.. What is even more shocking is that they even patched a square-shaped piece onto the upper part of the bridge.. and even now, 7 years later, it shows through the skin.. When I went for my first follow-up after surgery, there was another director's name on the chart? The nurse guided me to the other director's office.. From that point, my suspicion turned into certainty.. The surgical style was so different, and the columella incision shape was completely different too.. The way the ear cartilage was used at the tip was different.. Even the surgical scar from removing the ear cartilage looked so noticeably different. Can they really deceive a patient like this? You trust the director with your face and your life, and this is what happensㅡㅡAnyway.. When I argued about the square patched area on the bridge and asked what it was, about 7 days after surgery they really pressed hard on the bridge with their hands, and told me to keep pressing the square patched part of the bridge with my hands in the future too.. It was nonsenseㅜㅜ I really thought this director was a psychopath.. I have so much to say, but they always get Naver posts suspended for defamation. They nearly ruined the center of my face and almost destroyed a young woman's life, yet they claim to protect their own honorㅎㅎ I was hurt so badly by this that I became distrustful of people, and I did not have the courage to go through revision surgery again, so I lived on while cursing them, and before I knew it, 7 years had passed. My nose is only getting worse and worse ㅎㅎ I built up my courage again and came back here hoping to escape this whole nasal nightmareㅠ Everything above is based on my own experience.. for the purpose of informing other people, and it is 100% true.
