First, the facility was very clean. I didn’t have to wait long for the consultation with the director. The director was very kind, but it felt more like textbook politeness than genuine warmth. They asked about the image I wanted and about the surgical materials and areas, then I went on to consult with the surgeon. The surgeon was in the middle of surgery, so I waited about an hour. After that, during the consultation, the surgeon looked at me and immediately pointed out which areas needed to be corrected.
