I had surgery here about 5 years ago. After my first surgery at another hospital, I liked the shape of my nose so much, but about 10 years later my nose started to turn up, so I had revision surgery at Yedam. I didn’t look around at multiple places; I just had a consultation here, and the doctor was so confident and said he could do it in the direction I wanted (keeping the nose height while bringing down only the tip), so I had the surgery right away. The result was a disaster When I was in surgery, they said they had to lower the silicone so they inserted something slightly lower, but the problem wasn’t the height. They had already made my originally short nose into a fairy-tale nose shape, making it look even shorter and more upturned When I said the shape looked a bit odd and the middle of the nose looked too sunken in, they said it would be fine once the swelling went down, but even now, 5 years later, the shape is exactly the same. And the cartilage at the tip is visible too, so I’m looking into revision surgery. Every clinic I’ve consulted with says the shape is strange Some even said they thought it was contracture, but when I showed them the photos from the first surgery, they all said, so it was designed this way from the beginning! and seemed puzzled. There are many people who say it turned out naturally and well.. I guess it just didn’t suit me. This time I’m going around for consultations carefully so I don’t fail again
