I really liked that the director explained each question in such fine detail. They said the director would handle everything from the nose surgery to aftercare. There was no CCTV. Inside the hospital, there was a collection of photos of patients who had undergone nose surgery, and they all looked naturally done, which made me feel that it matched the direction I wanted.
