A hospital where I had my third and fourth nose surgeries (2016, 2017) First, the noses that had been operated on at the hospital from my first and second surgeries were left in a terrible state (the inside was full of scar tissue and the tip had become completely thick), so here they removed the scar tissue, lowered the silicone implant, and changed the ear cartilage to septal cartilage. But in the end, I had two surgeries here as well. Because a step formed where the silicone and septal cartilage were connected, I had to go in for a revision after one year (free of charge). The bulbous nose improved a little, but now, 5 years later, a step has formed again, and when I get tired, the tip keeps swelling, so I am looking into removal. It is not terribly bad, but it is not terribly good either. And the director is extremely firm, and even during the consultation has very strong opinions. I sometimes think I should have listened to the director who suggested removing the silicone during the fourth surgery.
