I had alar reduction, hump removal, and rhinoplasty without implants, but I don't like the current shape, so I requested a revision. Of course it's better than before surgery, but I'd say it's about 80% of the shape I was hoping for... I was told revision surgery is only possible after one year, so I'm waiting now....
