The hospital facilities feel a bit outdated. A friend had it done here and it turned out amazingly well, so I came in for a consultation too. My overall image isn't especially flashy, so they said my nose should also be done naturally, and explained silicone + ear cartilage. They said they would use material to add to the tip because my skin is thin. Seems like they prioritize safety and natural results.
