First of all, the doctor was way too aggressive and used a lot of unpleasant wording, like asking me where I had gotten plastic surgery, so I was really taken aback and felt bad. But he was absolutely firm in his confidence about the surgery and seemed very professional, and he clearly understood my condition and explained it well, so I trusted him and went ahead with the surgery. Of course it’s been a while since I had it done, but from today’s aesthetic perspective, it’s really the worst possible nose, with the columella sliced down... I’m looking into revision surgery again now.. If it’s not just me, it seems like other people also generally like shorter noses without much columella. But it doesn’t look unnatural or obviously operated on. It’s just not a pretty nose either.
