I'm not a specialist, but I visited after researching online on my own. Rather than the director bringing things up first, when I explained the parts I wanted improved, he answered with a kind expression that it was possible (with the nuance that it wasn't a difficult surgery). And he said scar prevention would be done with a stem cell procedure, and for aftercare he mentioned laser treatment.
