I had revision surgery because I regretted it after my epicanthoplasty. You seem to understand epicanthoplasty revision quite well. It did become like a third eye, but I guess that is what front revision surgery is like. It is 100 times better than the eyes after epicanthoplasty, and my original eyes were not especially pretty either, so it did not become strangely worse. Now that I have gotten used to it, it does not bother me at all. It does not feel like they just covered it up like other clinics do. It is quite natural.
