I had a secondary canthoplasty here, and it turned out really well without any scars! Also, I had micro canthoplasty on both sides, and it opened up nicely in a subtle way, and one eye had a slight C shape, though it wasn't a severe one. I worried a lot about whether I needed to have it corrected again because of the C shape, but the director did a good job, and it changed from a C shape to a more open shape! It's been over a year since the surgery, and it still hasn't widened back and the shape is being maintained.
