I had my front canthoplasty revision done several years ago, but the scar was severe and it never got better over time, it just kept recurring, so in the end I had a secondary canthoplasty. I’m not sure whether the problem was the surgical method or the revision surgery itself, but I got a softer impression and stress too, I guess
