During the consultation they say all sorts of things, making it sound like everything will be perfect after the surgery. It's probably similar at every clinic, but this one felt especially bad.. I went because it was recommended to me, and the nose is kind of okay, but the forehead is really bad. I'm thinking about revision surgery now. They said they would take a forehead mold and send it off, but I don't even know whether they were supposed to make the mold that day..
