I had surgery after finishing 12th grade, then had revision surgery in Seoul. Absolutely do not let that director do your surgery. At least the chief director seemed to be famous. I really, really regretted it. I got botched in Daegu and then spent twice as much money in Seoul. After that, I never even look at Daegu anymore.
