I got a consultation for hump nose surgery, and I think the advantage of doing the surgery through the nostrils is that it won't leave a scar under the nose. Instead, they said they couldn't use the septal cartilage, so only ear cartilage would be used. I remember the card price was 300 and cash was 290. The consultation managers were extremely kind in how they responded.
