I couldn't make a consultation reservation, so I went in on the day and got one. The doctor I wanted wasn't there, so I saw someone else, but I was told that once you get a consultation with someone else, you can't come back to a different doctor, so make sure to book a consultation reservation before going. During the consultation, it was mostly with the manager, and near the end the director came and explained things. They even touched my nose themselves, and the director noticed things the manager hadn't picked up on and explained what needed to be corrected. Maybe because I haven't been to many clinics, I was fairly satisfied with the consultation, but the price was a little higher than elsewhere.
