My nose was originally on the small side, and I had surgery using ear cartilage. The ear cutting was performed by another young unidentified doctor, not the director, and that same person did the suturing too. At one point the anesthesia wore off and I could hear everything. I also remember young doctors coming in in a line during the surgery and talking like they were teaching a class. Nothing happened to my body and there were no major problems, but the progress after surgery is not that different from before. If I don't say anything, no one would know I had rhinoplasty.
