I thought fat grafting would look more natural than breast implants, and I also wasn't that greedy, so I went for a consultation. They said they would take fat from the back flanks, and if I wanted other areas too, that was possible, but there would be an additional fee. It was cheaper than I expected. But it seems like everyone does a second round by default. Maybe the effect isn't that great?
