I went after seeing a friend's procedure and, without hesitation, got forehead fat grafting and temple fat grafting done right away. They did lightly recommend doing the whole face, but when I said I'd do that when I get older, they didn't push any further. Doing the whole face would probably have felt a bit too burdensome It's been one month since my first round, and of course some of it has gone down, so for the second round I'll ask them to fill it in nicely and plump. Seems pretty cost-effective
