It seems the doctor does quite a lot of surgeries in a day, and I went near closing time, so he looked tired. Still, the consultation was good. Although he spoke quickly... he answered everything I asked. I was nervous after reading reviews, but when I actually went, the consultation manager didn't pressure me at all. The facility was just okay though...
