When I consulted about breast fat grafting at another hospital, they didn't do an ultrasound, but here they carefully checked how much fat could be injected while doing the ultrasound, and I liked that they firmly said no when something wasn't possible. I didn't have enough fat, so I had to harvest from another area too, which added to the cost, but if you have enough volume in your thighs or flank fat, I don't think you need to worry about extra charges.
