The director seemed very confident in the surgery. The consultation was thorough too. The manager said something had come up suddenly, so someone other than the person who first saw me handled the cost consultation. For me, the fact that it changed in the middle wasn't a problem, but the second person really gave very sloppy answers even to the questions I asked. They were the worst among everyone who has helped me during consultations so far.
