Reservations go through well, contact goes through well too, and both the doctor and staff are kind. My septum was weak, and the tip of my nose came down, so I am planning a revision with autologous rib cartilage at the same place Aside from the drooping tip, when I had it done before, there was hardly any pain or discomfort, and the after-surgery response was good, so I have no worries about that part. I was completely satisfied with the shape too.
