You take photos, then have consultations in this order: manager - doctor - manager. The manager was kind, and the doctor was kind too. They answered my questions well when I asked, but the consultation was a little short. I didn't like the eye line they designed for me, so I just left, but if I had liked a more glamorous eye look, I think I would have gone with this place.
