The consultation was done in the order of consultation manager, doctor, then manager, and the consultation manager was kind and explained things well, which I liked. I liked the line they drew, but I went expecting a consultation with the doctor, and they only drew the line briefly and ended it, so I didn't get the feeling they were really paying attention to the patient, which was disappointing.
