I consulted after seeing them on YouTube and reading their blog posts; even though they are young, I could feel a lot of professionalism. I asked about eye surgery and said I wanted a canthoplasty, but they said the canthoplasty would be very noticeable. It seemed like they would not recommend things forcefully, which increased my trust. They also gave careful consultation, so just having a consultation is really helpful. There was absolutely no pressure to make a reservation either.
