I happened to watch a YouTube video and came hoping for a no-implant procedure. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case for me, and because several additional drawbacks came up, the area that would need surgery increased, so I lost the courage to go through with it and ended up ruling it out. The manager was very kind and felt rational. There was no pressure to have surgery, and they said I didn't need osteotomy or alar reduction, encouraging me to think it over more. I was grateful that the doctor professionally and in detail pointed out my shortcomings.
