I got a consultation for nose surgery, and the doctor was very cold, while the consultation manager was really terrible.. She kept pressuring me and speaking informally, and when I contacted them about a refund for the deposit, she asked why, what my reason was for wanting to do it somewhere else... The facility was nice though.
