I had to wait about 40 minutes past the appointment time before the consultation. The consultation manager is really kind, but the front desk staff in the operating room are cold. However, the nurses in the operating room and the doctor are really kind. They help me relax, and I have one more consultation before going in. I am fairly satisfied with the surgery result.
