I had surgery at Ramiche in 2016 Now I'm looking into revision surgery hahaha I don't have any side effects, and it was my first surgery. I went after reading reviews, but it didn't turn out like the reviews. My nose now has completely collapsed at the tip (septal cartilage), and the tip has drooped So I'm getting revision surgery. They do come up with good designs, but it's a shame it didn't last... For the revision, I'm definitely going to use costal cartilage and make it more dramatic.
