I got this because my nasolabial area seemed a little saggy. There is definitely a difference before and after. My face feels firmer than before, so that seems good. The staff and the director are fairly kind. The waiting time was average? It wasn't the kind of thing where you could get the procedure right away. Still, it wasn't like I waited a very long time, so it wasn't a big problem. The director tends to look over the condition of your face carefully.
