First of all, until I went for the consultation, I didn’t have high expectations because the woman at the counter answered the phone pretty halfheartedly, but above all the doctor was kind and kept speaking politely throughout the consultation, explaining step by step how it would be best to do my revision eye surgery (at other places they often spoke to me in a blunt, casual way). And when he said I should think about even going to the hospital first, it showed he wasn’t doing excessive treatment and was respecting the patient! After consulting with the doctor first, I also talked with the consultation manager, and she was incredibly kind too. She even wrote the consultation date and surgery details on her business card so I wouldn’t forget them.
