They explained things kindly and gently. They pointed out what was necessary without pushing too hard, but it didn't go in the direction I wanted, so I didn't actually go ahead with it (I had never once thought I needed inner eye corner surgery, but they recommended it). Still, the director was kind and trustworthy, which I liked.
