What made me think it was professional during the consultation was that they measured lengths here and there with a ruler, checked the strength of my eyelid opening, and looked at all kinds of things. They said the eye-opening strength was weak so everyone had to get ptosis correction, and I just accepted it,,, They told me the line and surgery type that fit my current eyes, and I think I understand why this place gets mentioned so often when people research online.
