I visited 3 years ago because of a second eye surgery, and it seemed like the most confident clinic among the hospitals in Gwangju. The consultation manager and the others were all very kind... Actually, they said I probably didn't really need it, so I didn't make a reservation separately. It's not an eye that absolutely needed it, but since it was a revision surgery, they did tell me the cost.
