The director is gentle and kind. Since this was a revision surgery, they said incisions weren't needed and that it could be done with buried sutures. They kept trying different lines and were kind throughout. But when I asked whether they could correct my uneven eyes properly, they didn't seem able to give a clear answer, so my trust dropped a little and I couldn't decide on surgery.
