They called me the day before the consultation and said surgery had been scheduled, so the consultation would be difficult and asked me to change the date. I was willing to move it to a time before or after that slot, but they said because of surgery, none of it was possible. I made the reservation weeks in advance and adjusted my own schedule for it, so isn’t this wrong? Even then, they didn’t actively offer another date and just said everything was full and it couldn’t be done I’ve been to more than 10 consultations, and this is the second time something like this has happened. I dropped them immediately. I wonder if the director knows?? That the staff schedule reservations like this ^^
