The explanations were very detailed, and the director seemed extremely meticulous, which increased my trust. I heard the surgery has to be kept going until the adhesions loosen, so the operation time is long. I wanted revision surgery and correction for uneven eyes, and they said doing only one eye is possible. But I currently dislike both eyes, so I also wanted the lower one raised, and they said they wouldn't recommend that, which made me hesitate. I liked that they honestly said what couldn't be done. The consultation manager was pushy. They kept contacting me asking whether I'd decided on surgery.
