There are a lot of shady practices and side jobs around lower-eyelid fat repositioning surgery, and I knew there were a lot of side effects, so I had a hard time choosing a hospital. I saw a post saying that the director here would not do the surgery if he thought it would have no effect, so I thought he was an honest person and went for a consultation. In my case, I actually had the surgery, but my friend could not because there was no lower-eyelid fat to move. As a result, the under-eye area was definitely cleaned up neatly and I am satisfied. However, there were no secondary effects like the aegyo-sal becoming fuller. It is good for neatly tidying up just the under-eye area.
