I went for a consultation about lower eyelid repositioning. First of all, I wasn’t thinking about fat grafting at all, so I was satisfied with the fact that the surgery would be done with only under-eye fat relocation. They also said that compared with other people, not much fat comes up and the shaded area isn’t wide, so it would have less effect than expected, but from photos of cases similar to mine, I expect the results would still be sufficiently satisfying.
