I had the surgery because it was famous for under-eye fat repositioning. Almost all the patients there were also there only for under-eye fat repositioning. I had it done 13 years ago. During surgery, while doing the left eye and then the right eye, I said the anesthesia had worn off and it hurt, but they didn't give me additional anesthesia. They say too much anesthesia causes more swelling~~ In the end I was satisfied, but the painful right under-eye area is a little sunken? Or maybe I should say the area under it is hollowed out? So the aegyo-sal on the right looks noticeably bigger. When I went to get fillers to fill that in, they said it was because the under-eye fat repositioning had been done wrong. Maybe because I said the anesthesia wore off, they hurried and did it that way.
