The manager tends to be pushy, but I was satisfied with the consultation with the director. I had already watched videos on YouTube before going, and the consultation was pretty much the same as what I'd seen there. Still, like someone else said, I think they should do a bit more staff training... The person I assume was a nurse was guiding patients, and I thought that if I had surgery here, my mom might feel a bit uncomfortable, so I gave up on the idea of surgery.. It would be awkward to feel self-conscious every time I came back for follow-up visitsㅠ I went there with high expectations because the reviews were good, but I was slightly disappointed by the service...
