But I live far away and was feeling run down with cold symptoms, so I suddenly canceled the appointment. The counselor kept emphasizing that I should at least come pick up the gift, so despite canceling the day before, I ended up rebooking and visiting, almost dragged in by the counselor’s kindness. To be honest, I don’t remember my consultation with the doctor in charge. I really don’t remember. What I do remember is the consultation manager pushing the deposit so hard. We almost had a full argument on the way out. ㅡㅡ At first it was surgery pressure, and when I said I’d think about it and stood up, they practically got angry. Even though I said it was not possible at that price and that I understood, they still pushed the deposit..ㅡㅡ. I argued with that manager for over an hour. Honestly, wow, for real. They first said refunds weren’t possible, then when I said I’d just go and look at other places and they said okay, they wouldn’t let me leave..ㅡㅡ.ㅡㅡ. I left after putting down a deposit. ㅜ I didn’t even set a surgery date, I just left exhausted. From the way that consultation manager acted, it seems they’re not only at this hospital. It felt like their job was to professionally get people to leave deposits. I was drained when I left..ㅡㅡ If I ever see that person at another hospital, I’ll just leave. And then what? They kept saying that if I paid the full surgery amount all at once within the same week after consultation, about 1 million won? there’d be even more discount.. But I haven’t even decided on a surgery date yet And even though I said I already had other surgery appointments before mine, they kept insisting again that I pay the full amount This is the first hospital I’ve ever stormed out of like that.
