The director gave a very kind and thorough consultation. He explained the surgical method by comparing it with a medical textbook and consultation photos, and since there was no separate consultation manager, the director explained everything himself, including the cost. He doesn't seem to recommend plastic surgery excessively, and only explained what was really necessary.
