Doctor friendliness - one of the places I found after watching YouTube. I expected them to be kind and explain things in detail, but they explained things rather carelessly, and the difference from what I saw on YouTube was disappointing. Consultation expertise - rather than seeming especially expert, they seemed to empathize a lot. Clinic facilities - small, with one bathroom stall.
