The doctor explained things in detail and explained the surgery well. The consultant was also kind and explained things calmly, but the inside of the hospital wasn't clean and the staff were a bit unfriendly There was an extra charge if I wanted to see the CCTV, and even before booking they weren't very reachable, and even after the consultation it was very hard to contact the consultant..
