First of all, my face is quite broad and the horizontal width is a bit long.. It's not severe, but as I gained some weight my face did get bigger, and I thought there would be more bone, but after the CT scan they said the bones were indeed big in the cheekbone area, but not that extremely wide. The ratio of the bone area to the flesh above it was also surprisingly thick? So the doctor really honestly told me the facts: I should first lose a little weight and then come back, because that would let us see things more accurately.
