I went for under-eye hollows, but they said that instead of fat repositioning, I should have fat grafting to fill the sunken under-eye groove, so I had under-eye fat grafting plus front cheek grafting, and even got a second touch-up. It’s been about 6 months since the surgery, and because it was fat grafting, a lot has definitely gone down even after the touch-up,, If I could go back, maybe I would have considered under-eye filler a bit more.. But there are no side effects like calcification or front-cheek sagging, and aside from the fact that it does shrink a lot over time because that’s the nature of fat grafting, I’m very satisfied with the surgery.
